SLIDESHOWSTART -- convert a topic with headings into a slideshow

The %SLIDESHOWSTART% variable is handled by the SlideShowPlugin
Syntax: %SLIDESHOWSTART%
Syntax: %SLIDESHOWSTART{ template="MyOwnSlideTemplate" }%
Example:
